LB LAB is a studio where we combine health education, safe movement, and sports medicine. Our mission is to extend healthspan — the years lived in full health.

We integrate solid medical knowledge with coaching and mentoring methodologies. We work in small groups, holistically: a sports medicine physician collaborates with Pilates trainers, physiotherapists, dietitians, and mobility specialists.

Sports Medicine Consultations

In-depth interview, lifestyle analysis, musculoskeletal assessment, and a clear action plan to get started.

Spine Mobility Training — Pilates
